I have always been transformed by the arts and thrive in environments where self expression is valued. As a child, I enjoyed the emotional complexity of colors and patterns. Clothing was a way to transport my mind to another land where I concocted a narrative that made the garments come alive. This love of fantasy influences my designs and my love of traditional style inspires my work as a designer.
